Pastor Philip Hill Sr. is a graduate of Concordia University M.A Ministry Cardinal Stritch University A workshop facilitator, and founder of FaithWay ministries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, along with his wife Valaine Graham Hill. The vision is to empower all mankind with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ in a clear and easy to understand method that touches the hearts of God's people by evangelization, educating, and equipping them to live a victorious life in Christ. Ministry includes over 10 years of prison ministry, and clinical pastoral education (CPE). Served in the A.M.E Church for many years, ordained in the international Pentecostal Holiness Church, and continues to work as an evangelist teacher and preacher.

Pastor Valaine Graham Hill is a graduate of Concordia University, M.A. Religious Studies Cardinal Stritch University serves as a group facilitator for women and teen girls at Southern Oaks, workshop facilitator, and mentor. Ministry includes clinical pastoral education (CPE). Ordained in the international Pentecostal Holiness Church, served in the AME church for many years.
